Allison Grainger is an independent residential letting and property management company based near the town of Ormskirk in Lancashire and covering all surrounding areas, including Burscough, Tarleton, Southport, Parbold, Maghull and North Liverpool.
With many years experience in the property sector, we provide a professional and dedicated service to both landlords and tenants, and take pride in our exceptionally high level of customer service. Much of our business comes through recommendation from existing clients.
We offer landlords a choice of letting packages and, as an independent, are able to keep costs to a minimum, allowing us to deliver a quality service at competitive rates, with no added VAT.
As part of our flexible approach, and in order to accommodate busy lifestyles, we are available for appointments and telephone calls at times to suit you, including evenings & weekends.
